Talent Acquisition Specialist (Warsaw)

We invite a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dream team and conquer new heights with us. This is a unique opportunity to participate in the building of processes, grow professionally, and work with exciting vacancies.

For which tasks (responsibilities)?

— Perform full-cycle recruiting from sourcing relevant candidates to hiring (IT and non-IT vacancies);
— Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods;
— Partner closely and effectively with hiring managers and team leads at all stages of searching and selecting candidates;
— Ensure the proper interviewing process for candidates and feedback delivery;
— Manage and develop relationships with candidates, maintain a database of candidates;
— Create job offers;

— Analyze the job market (vacancies, trends, etc).

What kind of professional are we looking for?

— 1 year of recruitment experience with technical vacancies or desire to develop in this direction;
— Experience with various recruiting technologies (Google X-Ray search, Linkedin, etc)
— Excellent communication skills, negotiation, and objection-handling skills;
— Attention to detail, flexibility, ability to work and learn at a fast pace;
— At least an Intermediate level of Polish;

— Proficient level of Ukrainian.
— At least an Upper-Intermediate level of English.
