For which tasks (responsibilities)?

— Search for candidates using different sources and tools (IT and non-IT vacancies);
— Negotiation with potential candidates, screen CVs;
— Schedule, organize, and conduct interviews;
— Ensure the proper interviewing process for candidates and feedback delivery;
— Manage and develop relationships with candidates, maintain a database of candidates;
— Create job offers.

What kind of professional are we looking for?

— 2+ years of recruitment experience (game dev will be a plus);
— Experience with various recruiting technologies;
— Excellent communication skills, negotiation and objection-handling skills;
— Good understanding of the IT job market and familiarity with technical terminology;
— Attention to detail, flexibility, ability to work and learn at a fast pace;
— At least Upper - Intermediate English level.
