Values Value, a recruiting company with expertise in game dev, is looking for an experienced Junior Producer for our client, a publisher of hyper-casual and hybrid-casual games.
Junior Producer helps manage and improve the in-game platform (store) with up to 2 million daily users. This platform is a key part of the project. Working closely with the project owner, you will assist in the platform's operations and development. Over time, this role offers an opportunity to grow into a full producer position by taking on more responsibility in managing and optimizing the platform.

For which tasks (responsibilities)?
Assist in managing and optimizing the in-game platform, focusing on improving functionality and user experience.
Monitor and update platform settings, including prices and configurations.
Support the release of new updates and features, ensuring smooth integration.
Analyze platform data to find areas for improvement and help increase user engagement.
Work with content creators to support their activity and grow the community.
Oversee content quality to make sure it follows platform standards.
Research competitors and trends to suggest new ideas for platform development.
Communicate with development, design, and marketing teams to help deliver features on time.
What kind of professional are we looking for?
Experience as a Release Manager, Technical Producer, Game Designer, or Technical Designer with a strong focus on operational tasks.
Familiarity with in-game platforms, user-generated content (UGC), or free-to-play games is a plus.
Basic understanding of game economies and monetization strategies.
Hands-on experience with admin tools, setting up pricing, and coordinating operational tasks.
Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
A desire to learn and grow into a producer role, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
A degree in a technical field or in economics is strongly preferred.
