Cubic Games is a mobile game development studio that has become part of the GDEV holding. Our game development studio has evolved from a small team to a workforce of over 120 specialists. Our mission is to create unique pixelated games. We are the creators of the popular shooter game Pixel Gun 3D, drawing in over 5 million players worldwide each month.
We are currently seeking a manager to engage actively with influencer partners for our game Pixel Gun 3D. The candidate is expected to be fluent in spoken English and eager to develop in project management.
For which tasks (responsibilities)?
Communicate information with our influencer partners about new features.
Collect detailed feedback on our products and features from influencers.
Perform monthly analytics reviews of influencer channels.
Monitor influencer content for product feedback.
Manage applications to our partnership program.
Develop internal processes within the community department and liaise with other teams.
Tackle operational tasks as assigned by the COO.
What kind of professional are we looking for?
Proficiency in written and spoken English (C1-C2 level).
High level of communication skills and empathy.
Systems thinking and high level of responsibility.
Desire to develop as a Project Manager.
Will be a plus:
Experience with influencer engagement, especially with video content creators.
Background in IT or the GameDev industry.
Passion for gaming.
