Severex is a mobile casual game development studio, based in Poland.

We are currently looking for Creative Producer

What are you working on?

• Genres: Puzzle, Word Games
• Platforms: Mobile, iOS, Android

For which tasks (responsibilities)?

• Develop creative concepts for various advertising channels, including Facebook, TikTok, Google Ads, AppLovin, Unity, and others.

 • Write scripts and create compelling advertising copy.

 • Collaborate with partners to produce user-generated content (UGC) and playable ads.

 • Monitor industry trends and competitors; identify effective creatives using analysis tools.

 • Assign tasks to motion designers and guide them through the execution process.

 • Oversee all stages of video production to ensure quality and adherence to timelines.

 • Organize and participate in creative meetings and brainstorming sessions.

 • Maintain documentation related to creative analysis and performance metrics.

What kind of professional are we looking for?

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Creative Producer role.

 • Strong understanding of creative analytics metrics such as Return on Advertising Spend (ROAS), Lifetime Value (LTV), Retention Rate (RR), Cost Per Install (CPI), Click-Through Rate (CTR), Install Rate (IR), etc.

 • Basic proficiency in photo and video editing software, including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects.

 • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to articulate ideas clearly and create comprehensive briefs.

 • Knowledge and understanding of game mechanics and player motivations.

 • Ability to generate innovative creative ideas and understand how to implement and develop them.

 • A portfolio showcasing previous work is required (examples of promotional videos for games are highly desirable).
